Help is on the way for Black-owned small businesses struggling in the COVID-19 economy. Spearheaded by BSBA, in partnership with the City of Sacramento, the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) will help Black-owned small businesses successfully navigate the economic minefield of COVID-19.
In this Broadcast we will discuss the history of the racial wealth gap and how that correlates with policy decision being made for and about us. We will also discuss how these policy decisions contribute to stereotypes and the lack of access to capital. leaning on the expertise of those inside the Capitol and those active on the ground level, we will explore what we can do as a community to lead in discussions, where we are at the table, and not simply on the menu.


Join us for an informative discussion as it relates to the future of small business in the City of Sacramento. Viewers will learn how small businesses can be supported, what businesses will need to do to maintain during the impending shut down, and what resources are available to ensure businesses stay afloat.
