Pitch Perfect is a 3-part interactive workshop series designed to ensure small business owners receive business fundamentals training to increase their knowledge, access to contract opportunities, fundability and business education knowledge.
This full day of training will offer hands-on workshops where small businesses will leave with completed business structure paperwork, DGS certification, 1-page business plan, banking relationships and finance.
Workshops include, but not limited to:
- Business Structure: Understand the right structure for your business.
- 1-Page Business Plan: Developing a business plan and Identifying your target market.
- Media Literacy: Putting yourself out there.
- Banking Relationships and Finance: Understanding financial institutions and how they can assist you in moving to your next level.
- CalTrans/DGS Certification Application: Obtaining certifications to increase and expand your revenue stream.
- Pitch Competition Preparation: Communicating the concept of your business in 2 minutes or less.
